With 13 years of clinical experience, Virginia has cared for patients across every stage of life. Her background includes family medicine, internal medicine, mental health care, management of acute and chronic conditions, and compassionate care for  geriatric patients.

Virginia believes exceptional healthcare begins with truly knowing your patients. Her approach is personal and relationship-centered—taking time to listen, understand each patient’s needs, and provide practical, thoughtful care.

As a wife and mother, Virginia understands the importance of family and community. She also comes from a long line of strong Appalachian women and business owners, a heritage that shaped her values of hard work, independence, faith, service, and caring for your neighbors.

Kristen Meadows is a proud West Virginia native with deep roots in the community she serves. Raised in Southern West Virginia, she brings a warm, genuine understanding of local values, strong family connections, and the everyday needs of the region to her role as Office Manager at Hull Family Medicine.

With a strong background in administrative operations and organizational leadership, Kristen ensures that every patient experience is smooth, welcoming, and centered on quality care. From managing practice workflows and insurance credentialing to greeting patients as they step through the door, her detail-oriented approach keeps the clinic running seamlessly.

Kristen believes that great healthcare relies just as much on clear communication and personal connection as it does on excellent clinical support. As a mother, she values the importance of family and community, approaching every interaction with practical empathy, reliability, and dedicated service to her neighbors across Southern West Virginia.
